Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted by phone.
24 hrs notice of a cancellation must be provided for all dates with the exception of all special dates listed below
4 nights notice must be provided for all long weekends, groups stays or special events
Pet Policy
Unfortunately we do not accept pets
Check-in Times
Customer are able to check-in as early as 1:00pm
Check-out Times
Check-out time is 11:00 am although may be extended (if possible) upon special request of guests.
Occupancy
Rates shown are based on double occupancy. Rooms with one bed have a maximum occupancy of 2 people while rooms featuring 2 beds have a limit of 4 occupants. Additional occupants over the age of 16 are subject to a charge of $25 per night.
Reservations
A valid credit card is required to confirm and maintain a reservation until your arrival. All those wishing to make a reservation must be over the age of 19 and have authorized use of the credit card to place a reservation.
Taxes
Effective July 2010, all stays are subject to a tax rate of 13% HST
